The rooms at Hnc Premier Hotel & Residences were amazing! They had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a cozy seating area, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The kitchen and dining area were great for preparing meals and enjoying family time. The private bathroom was clean and provided a hairdryer. we felt right at home!

Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom to be unnecessary, but I understand that some guests might appreciate this feature.

Upon arrival, our Wheelchair Accessible room with a balcony and kitchen was ready. The presence of a microwave, electric kettle, and cooktop was a big plus. The accommodation's central location in the old quarter was very convenient.

During our stay, we found the staff at Hnc Premier Hotel & Residences to be very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to meet our needs, from ordering food to assisting with iPhone problems. We even received fruit and flowers for our wedding anniversary, making us feel special. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to Train Street and the center of Old Quarter. Our apartment was clean and well-facilitated, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One drawback we experienced was the construction work happening near the hotel, which continued into the night. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our apartment was soundproof and shielded us from the noise.

Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to my day of exploring.
